Laura Šīmane-Vīgante 
Work and organizational psychologist, certified coach, leadership consultant, and psychological assessment specialist with over 15 years of experience in talent and organizational development. 

She has worked as a lecturer and associate professor at three Latvian universities, designing and teaching more than 36 courses in psychology, social work, education, and career counseling. Laura is skilled at translating academic knowledge into practical, applicable solutions for diverse audiences. Her core areas of expertise include psychological assessment, personality and team dynamics, and the development of leaders and high-potential employees.
