Kristaps serves as the Country Manager for Tripod in Latvia. He has over 10 years of experience leading and scaling distributed teams across the Tech and Trust & Safety sectors. Kristaps earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Aberdeen and his Master of Science in Psychology from Maastricht University. With a strong background in human resources and wellbeing, he has previously held senior roles such as Head of People and Culture and Global Director, managing full-cycle talent acquisition, organizational culture, and performance management. At Tripod, Kristaps focuses on driving business development in the Latvian market and directing executive search assignments to secure management-level and leadership talent across diverse industries.

Maria graduated from Psychology at the University of Tartu and continued her studies in the master’s programme of Business Administration in TalTech.

Maria is a Partner and has had the longest career in Tripod with Helle, a Development Manager. Maria focuses above all on recruitment and surveys. She also delivers lectures on these areas as a guest speaker at universities. Her last experience as a student is a Practitioner diploma programme in Executive Coaching at Estonian Business School.
