This in-depth three-day training provides the knowledge and skills needed to independently use Tripod psychological tests – for assessing, selecting, and developing employees and managers. The training is led by organizational psychologist and senior consultant Laura Šīmane-Vīgante, who has over 15 years of professional experience in both- assessment and training.
