We are pleased to announce the completion of the updated Tripod mental capacity test VVS-7.

VVS-7 is designed to assess various mental abilities, such as verbal ability, numerical thinking, logical thinking, as well as spatial visualization, problem solving.

In a world where we are increasingly moving to the use of artificial intelligence to solve tasks, intelligence is of increasing importance – the meaningfulness of the problem and the question posed by the specialist, i.e. the input, as well as the control of the results.

Developed by experts in psychology and psychometrics, VVS-7 is designed to provide reliable and valid measurement of cognitive mental abilities.

As part of the unveiling of VVS-7, we will hold a free webinar on May 26 from 11:00 to 12:00, where you will get an overview of the importance of mental capacity in the modern labor market, as well as answers on how VVS-7 can be useful in their given context.

During the webinar, Laura Šīmane-Vīgante will introduce you to the unique features of the VVS-7 – what and why is new and, of course, answer questions.

This is a great opportunity to discover and learn how VVS-7 helps you make informed hiring decisions.
