YOUR ROLE:
WarrantyExpert is a proven leader in the high-quality insurance segment and warranty services. The company is rapidly expanding in Europe & Baltic region and is looking for you, an ambitious and highly motivated professional, to join a competent expert team in Riga. The team is known for lightning growth, innovative solutions, a widely expanded product portfolio, and diverse insurance categories. WarrantyExpert focuses on improving partners’ business performance and keeping customers extremely happy.
• You will be responsible for our retail partners’ group and individual Sales training
• You will be planning and managing training strategy to make training events both exciting and efficient for our partners
• You will be responsible for training report preparation, analysis of the results
• You will create diverse training materials and execute different approaches
• You will continually strive to identify and promote excellence and good practice in training material content creation, design, and delivery

IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE:
• 2+ years of experience in Sales Training or a proven record of outstanding Sales results to feel confident in your position
• Proven track record of experience as a Training Manager, preferably in an international company
• Experience in insurance, banking, or consumer electronics fields, and proven knowledge and expertise in these fields
• Self-organized approach to work, ability to be independent, proactive, and oriented toward great results
• Flexible mind, ability to take initiative and promote innovations
• An ability to collaborate and work in a team of highly skilled professionals like you
• Reporting and presentation capability (using Excel, PowerPoint, and in-person)
• Fluency in English and Latvian, knowledge of other languages would be an advantage
• Ability to inspire and motivate people, make them believe in our product and (most important) in themselves as our goal is to develop and grow together with our partners
• Energy and the possibility to communicate with different types of people
