The company is rapidly expanding in Europe & Baltic region and is looking for you, an ambitious and highly motivated professional, to join a competent expert team in Riga. The team is known for lightning growth, innovative solutions, a widely expanded product portfolio, and diverse insurance categories. Our client focuses on improving partners’ business performance and keeping customers extremely happy.
YOUR ROLE:
• Your main work tool is the phone, it will help you contact those who need you
• You will actively sell purchase insurance products to existing customers and establish relationships with new ones
• You will prepare commercial offers and finalize sales deals
• You will join various other sales projects
COMPANY OFFERS:

• Base salary from 1300 EUR to 1400 EUR gross (before tax)

IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE:
• You have been working successfully with active telesales for more than 1 year
• You are eloquent and enjoy communicating directly with existing clients and looking for new ones
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide a solution
• You are a goal-oriented and self-motivated person
• You can communicate fluently in Latvian, (advantage – Russian), and English
• Experience in selling insurance products – advantage
