YOUR ROLE:
• Assisting our customers and partners by phone and e-mail
• Claims administration
• Administration of compensation invoices
• Other small, yet significant administrative tasks, depending on the need

IT WOULD BE GREAT IF YOU HAVE:
• At least 1 year of previous experience as a customer service specialist
• Knowledge in the field of insurance and the ability to navigate insurance regulations will be considered an advantage
• Outstanding communication skills
• High sense of responsibility and attention to detail
• Ability to cooperate with colleagues and make independent decisions
• Fluent in Latvian and English, intermediate or higher knowledge of Russian language
• Will be much appreciated the knowledge (B2 or higher) level in one of these languages: Estonian, Italian, French and Finnish (we are happy to compensate additional language knowledge and offer increased base salary).
